Hi! My name is Andy. I recently received my master's from UCCS, and I am still renting a bedroom in a house right by UCCS. There are four bedrooms at the house, but one of the bedrooms needs to be filled, and it is available now.The room will only cost $600 per month for rent, but utilities and internet will be about another $100.
