Hi! My name is Andy. I recently received my master's from UCCS, and I am still renting a bedroom in a house right by UCCS. There are four bedrooms at the house, but one of the bedrooms needs to be filled, and it is available now.

The room will only cost $600 per month for rent, but utilities and internet will be about another $100. Everyone who lives at the house is really laid back but respectable. The house has a large backyard with views of the mountains, washer, dryer, oven, stovetop, fridge, treadmill, living room, two bathrooms, etc.
