Hi! Seeking a roommate to move in ASAP for a short term month to month with the possibility to resign in december:) Rent is $ including all utilities and you get two bedrooms and one bathroom to yourself! All new appliances, W/D in unit, apartment amenities include a pool, hot tub, multiple lounges, buisness center, gym, etc. Apartment is on the first floor and located auper close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the highway. Right accoss the street from the Ford Ampitheatre. I'm currently fostering a super sweet german shepherd so no other pets unfortunately. Ideally seeking a single person, no couples, pets, or children. Feel free to ask any questions!
