The room includes your own private bathroom, accessible from both the bedroom and living room. It contains a brand new queen size bed and comfy hybrid mattress, as well as a nightstand, large dresser, large closet, shelves, and shoe rack. From the furnished balcony, you can enjoy views of the shimmering water of Biscayne Bay and the Bayfront Park Ferris Wheel. The kitchen with a long bar counter is great for cooking and entertaining. There is a washer/dryer and dishwasher in the unit. Two adorable cats live in the apartment and mostly stay in the master bedroom/bathroom. The master bedroom is occupied by me I go to work 5 days a week. Occasional overnight guests are permitted. Parking is not included, but you can rent a spot from another building resident or in the next door garage. Female adult professionals would make the ideal candidate.
