Hello! I'm subleasing my apartment from through with the option to renew in your name afterward. It's a bathroom apartment out on the west edge of Ames. sq ft. Rent plus utilities(including wifi) is $ per month. You will have to put down a security deposit which is one month of rent($). Having a pet is an extra $ per month. It's been very well-kept during my time here. Shared laundry with the room just down the hallway. Workout room in the building for residents. Includes a patio.
