Rent plus utilities(including wifi) is $ per month. You will have to put down a security deposit which is one month of rent($). Having a pet is an extra $ per month. It's been very well-kept during my time here. Shared laundry with the room just down the hallway. Workout room in the building for residents. Includes a patio.
