Bedroom and loft in Queer house

Current roomie is moving out by July 1st, so looking for someone to move in around mid July. We live in Longview, WA which is about an Hr north of Portland.

If you don’t know us: Hiya! We’re Remi (He/They) y/o AFAB and Shelly (Any pronouns) y/o AFAB.

About us:

About the space:
•Entire upstairs (
bedroom with closet and loft, 2 windows), carpet floors (will be replaced before move-in. We did just de-carpet and sand the stairs, that’s why they look kinda messy, we’re cleaning and painting them before the new roomie).
**upstairs will be empty for new roomie. There is no door to the bedroom part of the upstairs but one can be installed if you don’t want an open floor-plan. No one goes up there (except maybe our very friendly cats from time to time) so it’s private to whoever sleeps up there.
•Note about our house with cats: I have sensory issues with smell and texture under my feet so I sweep often and we try to stay on top of kitty litter every day so the house doesn’t smell/feel gross.
•You have your own bathroom with shower tub (downstairs, immediately across from the stairs to upstairs and downstairs guest room)
•Property has front yard, large fenced back yard, car port (space for 3 cars in port and 2 on street in front), back patio overlooking yard, secured crawl space/basement with outside entry used as storage, new laundry machines, kitchen with new dishwasher and fridge, living room with large OLED tv, hardwood floors downstairs.
