There is no door to the bedroom part of the upstairs but one can be installed if you don’t want an open floor-plan. No one goes up there (except maybe our very friendly cats from time to time) so it’s private to whoever sleeps up there. •Note about our house with cats: I have sensory issues with smell and texture under my feet so I sweep often and we try to stay on top of kitty litter every day so the house doesn’t smell/feel gross.•You have your own bathroom with shower tub (downstairs, immediately across from the stairs to upstairs and downstairs guest room) •Property has front yard, large fenced back yard, car port (space for 3 cars in port and 2 on street in front), back patio overlooking yard, secured crawl space/basement with outside entry used as storage, new laundry machines, kitchen with new dishwasher and fridge, living room with large OLED tv, hardwood floors downstairs.•Cigarette free home, ouid and vape all good👌•Looking for: someone friendly and generally respectful, *queer or very queer friendly*
