Room for Rent

Description

I am renting a room in my house. I have one room available for rent. The room comes with bathroom access. It is a shared bathroom with another roommate. He is quiet and does not take up space. The bathroom will practically be yours. The house has fast WIFI, cold A/C, full laundry room, garage space for vehicle and/or storage. The room is what you are renting but you will also have access to the entire house. Full kitchen, dining room, living room, patio, backyard, garage, etc.

I am pretty laid back and am barely home. I work full time and go to the gym after work. I do not have people over often. I do not drink, smoke or do drugs. No pets.

Room is ready to move in MAY 1ST.
