I am renting a room in my house. I have one room available for rent. The room comes with bathroom access. It is a shared bathroom with another roommate. He is quiet and does not take up space. The bathroom will practically be yours. The house has fast WIFI, cold A/C, full laundry room, garage space for vehicle and/or storage. The room is what you are renting but you will also have access to the entire house. Full kitchen, dining room, living room, patio, backyard, garage, etc.I am pretty laid back and am barely home. I work full time and go to the gym after work. I do not have people over often. I do not drink, smoke or do drugs. No pets.Room is ready to move in MAY 1ST.
