Roommate Wanted For Next Year Lease

My current roommate is moving out when our lease ends on June th and I’m looking for someone to sign for the next lease year when she leaves; all genders welcome & LGBTQ friendly. We live in a cute townhouse in a foresty neighborhood across from the Tallahassee Costco, and our rent is $ a month not including utilities. We have a big front and back yard with an open forest in the backyard. Our living room is decently sized but still manages to feel nicely cozy. We have a lot of storage space, especially in the kitchen, and the bedrooms are spacious. In the pictures below I attached a picture of my bedroom out of respect for my roommate's privacy, but the bedrooms themselves are very similar. I’m currently a full-time FSU grad student, so I’m home pretty often. I don’t typically have more than people over when I’m hanging out with people, and I’m not a big party person. I’m pretty quiet going through my day-to-day life. I’m looking for someone who’s relatively quiet also, especially past at night. I’m a little messy sometimes especially since I cook most meals, but I clean pretty often because I like to keep a decently clean home, even if it looks lived in. I’d love to find someone who’s similarly in the middle.
