My current roommate is moving out when our lease ends on June th and I’m looking for someone to sign for the next lease year when she leaves; all genders welcome & LGBTQ friendly. We live in a cute townhouse in a foresty neighborhood across from the Tallahassee Costco, and our rent is $ a month not including utilities. We have a big front and back yard with an open forest in the backyard. Our living room is decently sized but still manages to feel nicely cozy. We have a lot of storage space, especially in the kitchen, and the bedrooms are spacious. I’m a little messy sometimes especially since I cook most meals, but I clean pretty often because I like to keep a decently clean home, even if it looks lived in.
