Hello! I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment in North Hollywood. The apartment is spacious, in a safe, quiet, gated apartment complex with good neighbors, and features central air/heat, two bathrooms, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. The common spaces in the apartment have furniture, but your room will be completely empty when you move in. The apartment complex is located within a block of Magnolia/Lankershim, putting it in walking distance to countless NoHo bars/restaurants.

As for me, I am a year-old male marketing professional who makes short films for fun. I am clean, quiet, respectful, laid-back, and easy to get along with. I enjoy movies, books, art, board games, cats, sports, exercise, and the outdoors.

I have an orange cat named Hobbes, and he is the best. Hobbes traditionally gets along with other cats, but I would prefer to not live with a dog or any other animal.

Your part of the rent will be $/month. We will split the utilities down the middle. The apartment is available starting May 1.
