The apartment is spacious, in a safe, quiet, gated apartment complex with good neighbors, and features central air/heat, two bathrooms, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. The common spaces in the apartment have furniture, but your room will be completely empty when you move in. The apartment complex is located within a block of Magnolia/Lankershim, putting it in walking distance to countless NoHo bars/restaurants.As for me, I am a year-old male marketing professional who makes short films for fun. I am clean, quiet, respectful, laid-back, and easy to get along with. I enjoy movies, books, art, board games, cats, sports, exercise, and the outdoors.I have an orange cat named Hobbes, and he is the best. Hobbes traditionally gets along with other cats, but I would prefer to not live with a dog or any other animal.Your part of the rent will be $/month. We will split the utilities down the middle.
