Shared furnished living space and kitchen.
The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished.

Utilities are included in the rent, which is $. But I'm willing to have a conversation and possibly adjust this.

A little about me and the area.
Stetson Hills and Tutt area. Easy access to Powers and most of the stores along the Powers corridor. About ~ minutes to UCCS. Easy access to most of the hospitals in the area
I work a schedule and then teach on the side, so I'm fairly busy. When I’m home, I’m pretty quiet, but I do hang out in the common area. You’re welcome to join if that’s something you like.

The loft portion is open. The bedroom and bathroom is closed off
