Living room already fully furnished with reclining couches including USB ports and full outlets, big-screen TV, and storage-capable coffee table. Apartment is on ground floor with an extremely convenient lockable walk-in patio. Parking is free, unit has 1TB Fios wi-fi, laundry room is on same floor about feet away, kitchen has a dishwasher and more storage than anyone could need. The complex includes a pool, tennis courts, a volleyball court, a basketball court, a fitness center, an open barbeque deck, and a WeWork-ish kind of facility with plenty of seating, TVs, and free coffee/tea/other beverages. Not looking for place to be a party center, but occasionally host poker/board games/sports events. Pets are allowed but come with extra fee. No smoking within feet of a building, vaping is technically subject to the same rules but I personally don't mind if you sometimes do it within the apartment. Move-in would require a $ fee from management co.

About me:

- -year-old male, grew up in the area
- Law clerk for government contractor, with some paid news-related writing gigs on the side
- Big sports fan, all home teams mostly because I'm apparently a glutton for punishment
- Like I mentioned, I'm a frequent poker player. Don't do much other gambling, but if you enjoy poker as well you can join in on games both at home and a few other nearby places
- Also play a lot of pickleball
- No illegal substances. I'm not much of a drinker either, but don't mind if you are

About you:

- Preferably not wildly different than age
- Employed and can pass the management company's credit check
- Responsible about cleaning up after yourself
- Pets generally ok
- Probably male, but not a hard rule
- The sooner your potential move-in date, the better
