Apartment is on ground floor with an extremely convenient lockable walk-in patio. Parking is free, unit has 1TB Fios wi-fi, laundry room is on same floor about feet away, kitchen has a dishwasher and more storage than anyone could need. The complex includes a pool, tennis courts, a volleyball court, a basketball court, a fitness center, an open barbeque deck, and a WeWork-ish kind of facility with plenty of seating, TVs, and free coffee/tea/other beverages. Not looking for place to be a party center, but occasionally host poker/board games/sports events. Pets are allowed but come with extra fee. No smoking within feet of a building, vaping is technically subject to the same rules but I personally don't mind if you sometimes do it within the apartment.
