Description

2 rooms for rent. Ideally looking for one roommate that wants to rent both rooms (will lower rent cost). If not then I will be filling both rooms and the bathroom will be shared. The house is a new build with a community pool. Parking is available at the front of the house. Ideal roommate is clean, stable finances and respectful of space. I am open to one additional dog in the house, but unfortunately am allergic to cats. I currently have one dog of my own, so must be dog friendly.
Open to both male and female roommates. Will include internet and security system at no additional cost. This house is a non smoking, non drug and LGBT+ friendly house.
