2 rooms for rent. Ideally looking for one roommate that wants to rent both rooms (will lower rent cost). If not then I will be filling both rooms and the bathroom will be shared. The house is a new build with a community pool. Parking is available at the front of the house. Ideal roommate is clean, stable finances and respectful of space. I am open to one additional dog in the house, but unfortunately am allergic to cats. I currently have one dog of my own, so must be dog friendly. Open to both male and female roommates.
