SUMMER SUBLEASE!!! (MAY - AUGUST)

Description

Hi! I will be subleasing my room at the Humbucker this Summer and am looking for preferably a female to take over the sublease.
The lease will be available from May 9th - August (the start date is flexible!) My room is one of 4 bedrooms and there are 2 bathrooms in the unit.
I am currently $ but am willing to negotiate/am really flexible with this rent!
My bedroom furniture (bed frame, bed, desk, bookshelf) will be included during the lease and most of the apartment will remain furnished!
