Hi! I will be subleasing my room at the Humbucker this Summer and am looking for preferably a female to take over the sublease. The lease will be available from May 9th - August (the start date is flexible!) My room is one of 4 bedrooms and there are 2 bathrooms in the unit.I am currently $ but am willing to negotiate/am really flexible with this rent!My bedroom furniture (bed frame, bed, desk, bookshelf) will be included during the lease and most of the apartment will remain furnished!Great location as it is right next to Union South and the CS building.
