New Construction house Gilbert/Mesa

Hey there! I’m Brooklyn 👋 I just purchased a beautiful new construction home on the boarder of East Mesa/Gilbert—4 bedrooms, baths—and I’m looking to rent out unfurnished rooms starting in July. The common areas, including the backyard patio, will be fully furnished and thoughtfully styled. I love interior design and strive for creating a cozy, welcoming space that leans toward an aesthetic blend of Pottery Barn, West Elm, RH, and Crate & Barrel—think catalog-chic with a touch of warmth.

The neighborhood has some amazing amenities: a luxurious community pool, greenbelt walking paths, multiple picnic areas, basketball and pickleball courts, playgrounds, and high-speed internet (included!). I’m a bit of an OCD clean freak and love staying Container Store-level organized, so I’m hoping to find a roommate who shares similar energy—ideally a woman around my age who appreciates the commitment of a well-kept, peaceful space. 😊

A little about me: I’m a year old female, recently divorced, and work in acquisitions (hybrid schedule, working from home days a week). I’m a morning person and typically go to bed around pm. I have a sweet, slightly sassy -year-old Chiweenie named Bentley who loves cuddles. In my free time, you’ll find me doing Orange Theory workouts, working on DIY home projects, sipping red wine, walking Bentley, reading in a hammock chair, listening to Taylor Swift, spending time with friends and family, enjoying time on the patio by the fire, binging a show, or hanging at the pool.
