Spacious Master Sublease

Hey there! I’m Brooklyn 👋 I just purchased a beautiful new construction home on the boarder of East Mesa/Gilbert—4 bedrooms, baths—and I’m looking to rent out unfurnished rooms starting in July. The common areas, including the backyard patio, will be fully furnished and thoughtfully styled. I love interior design and strive for creating a cozy, welcoming space that leans toward an aesthetic blend of Pottery Barn, West Elm, RH, and Crate & Barrel—think catalog-chic with a touch of warmth.The neighborhood has some amazing amenities: a luxurious community pool, greenbelt walking paths, multiple picnic areas, basketball and pickleball courts, playgrounds, and high-speed internet (included!).
