~ Grey room available mid June . (not allowed by this to put in a numbers/date)
~ Blue room available mid August .
~ Fully furnished condo. Very clean. Large, private upstairs bedrooms include full size bed, desk, chair, dresser, closet, linens, mattress/pillows in protective covers. Shared bathroom with 1 other female. Use of fully equipped kitchen, living room, downstairs half bath, W/D in unit same floor as bedrooms. Stationary bike and small hand weights. Utilities included in monthly rent. HOA cares for the yard/snow removal. Within walking distance of UWY shuttle and Walmart. Nice and quiet neighborhood, east side of Laramie. Small security deposit - returned minus cleaning fee at conclusion of lease.

~ Females only - pet free/smoke free/vape free.

~ This is my house. I am there every couple of weeks for a few days. Daughter is full time double major at UWY and other roommate is also UWY student . We are all busy, respectful, clean and keep to ourselves. Seeking similar.
