HOA cares for the yard/snow removal. Within walking distance of UWY shuttle and Walmart. Nice and quiet neighborhood, east side of Laramie. Small security deposit - returned minus cleaning fee at conclusion of lease. ~ Females only - pet free/smoke free/vape free. ~ This is my house. I am there every couple of weeks for a few days. Daughter is full time double major at UWY and other roommate is also UWY student . We are all busy, respectful, clean and keep to ourselves. Seeking similar.
