👥 You'll be sharing a room with a German (who speaks fluent English) and an English person. Both are very funny and kind 😊

- 5 min walk to the CBD
- min walk to Coles and Aldi
- 2 min walk to McDonald's/Subway
- meters from a gym (SnapFitness)
- min by tram to the beach and Albert Park Racecourse. Small shop at the bottom of the building

🏙 Apartment:
• Washing machine
• Bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)
• Kitchen (refrigerator, oven, etc.)
• Living room (with TV)
• Wi-Fi included in the rent
• Balcony with a magnificent view of the CBD
• Several common areas within the building (pool table, lounge, terrace, barbecue, etc.)

Bedroom:
• 2 single beds (beds can be separated)
• 2 nightstands
• 2 wardrobes/closets

💲Rent per person = $ per week or $ per month.
Rent is due at the end of each month. Bond = $ to be collected when you leave, of course.
No minimum stay: just find someone to replace you.
