I'm looking for 1 person to take over a bed in a shared room in an apartment located in Southbank starting May 1st📍👥 You'll be sharing a room with a German (who speaks fluent English) and an English person. Both are very funny and kind 😊↪️ Ideally located =- 5 min walk to the CBD- min walk to Coles and Aldi- 2 min walk to McDonald's/Subway- meters from a gym (SnapFitness)- min by tram to the beach and Albert Park Racecourse. Small shop at the bottom of the building🏙 Apartment:• Washing machine• Bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)• Kitchen (refrigerator, oven, etc.)• Living room (with TV)• Wi-Fi included in the rent• Balcony with a magnificent view of the CBD• Several common areas within the building (pool table, lounge, terrace, barbecue, etc.)Bedroom:• 2 single beds (beds can be separated)• 2 nightstands• 2 wardrobes/closets💲Rent per person = $ per week or $ per month.Rent is due at the end of each month.
