Roommate wanted in Antioch, TN

Hello there! My partner and I have a room available in Antioch starting May 5th - Long-term is preferred. The house is in the Towne Village area - very close to Percy Priest Lake and BNA ().

The house has a decently sized, fenced-in backyard and a garage attached to it. We have two beautiful, sweet dogs: a Lab/Huskie and a Pomski, who are years old, respectively. Additional pets are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Your portion of the rent would be $/mo plus utilities. You would have your own bathroom adjacent to your bedroom. Utilities include internet, electricity, security, and water/sewage management. I take care of the lawn, trash, A/C maintenance, and pet/service fee expenses.

A little about us: We both work for Metro Nashville Public Schools (high school and elementary.) Additionally, I am a full-time musician. We are y/o; we're looking for anyone, male or female, in their s or early-mid s. We are accepting of all walks of life, as we take care of anyone who walks into our home. LGBTQ+ friendly.
