The room is located at Eagle Ridge at the Reserve in Bellevue, Nashville TN. One mile to forty and one mile to Hwy seventy where everything you could need is at in the square.It is a 3 story end unit with driveway parking. (1st floor) Ground level room is the tenant bedroom with its own outdoor patio, and full bath. TENANT BEDROOM IS FRESHLY RENOVATED; new floors, paint, shower/bathroom and closet. Spacious storage closet in bottom foyer as well.(2nd floor) Shared space is the second floor; living room, 2nd floor porch, kitchen, and half bath, washer and dryer room. Living room is furnished and has mounted TV and fireplace, and pullout couch for guests. Kitchen is furnished.There is a nice gym and pool at the clubhouse next to mailboxes. There is a guest parking lot close to the unit. Double wide driveway parking in front of garage. No pets is preferred but we might compromise based on the situation. You’d have a master bedroom. I’ve got a bedroom + my own bath. There’s a cute little balcony and it’s close to the apartments pool/ lil dinky workout room. Rent is about $ and utilities are about $ a month. A little combo washer and dryer all in one machine is in unit. It’s weird but it works. I like living here. It gets good light. Management is pretty reliable. My roommate is moving in with her bf, and I’m looking for another quiet, boundary forward, strong communicator to take her place. I’m a busy introvert. I work and study full time, so a peaceful and clean home is really important to me. When I come home, I need to study. I’m lookin for a good roommate and not a friend, although if it happens organically, that’s cool. Just not my top priority. I’d say I try to clean the apartment every other week. My pet peeve is dishes that are left in the sink. My current roommate and I text each other a heads up before someone comes over. Very clean and very considerate is my vibe. I don’t have any pets but my last roommate had a cat, so I’m open to cats/dogs as long as they are well behaved and not too loud.The front office said it’s only a $ application fee.
