Unfurnished room with private bath

Description

Hi, my name is LeeAnn. I am a -year-old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Salem. The bathroom is private but not attached to the room (it's across the entryway). The monthly rent is $ and the room is available sometime between now and September 6 (my current roommate is moving out but hasn't said exactly when). Heat and hot water are included. Electricity and cable are extra. We're about minutes from Tuscan Village.

Things that have worked for us (some, or all, or even other ideas, work for me):

We're quiet and mind our own business. We work around each other's schedules in the kitchen and when doing laundry.

We're security-conscious - we don't give out personal information online and don't fish for guys to gold-dig on dating sites. We don't have overnight guests.

We mostly use unscented products so as not to trigger migraines or allergies.

We're vegan or vegetarian (or we air the place out well if we cook meat).

We pay our rent on time. We have a clean record so we can pass the leasing company's background checks (criminal, financial, ID checks).

We don't have booze in the house.

We don't walk to the dumpster in our bathrobe. This is a nice place. We don't yell out from the balcony to the parking lot or to people on other balconies.

We don't lie - if we break something, we own up to it.

When we have a disagreement, we sit down like rational human beings to try to come to a win-win solution. We don't yell, swear, deflect, blame, storm away, or insult each other. We respect each other's boundaries.

We're center-left politically.
