We have a clean record so we can pass the leasing company's background checks (criminal, financial, ID checks).We don't have booze in the house.We don't walk to the dumpster in our bathrobe. This is a nice place. We don't yell out from the balcony to the parking lot or to people on other balconies.We don't lie - if we break something, we own up to it.When we have a disagreement, we sit down like rational human beings to try to come to a win-win solution.
