Upstairs Bedroom & Shower

-3 Bedroom House - Master Bedroom is downstairs & 2 Bedrooms Upstairs (1 for rent)
-3 Bathrooms - 1 upstairs & 2 downstairs.
-Both bedrooms upstairs & the upstairs living room can be used up until a 2nd roommate is found, only if we determine that a 3rd roommate is desired.
- Upstairs would preferably be occupied by a female that is cleaned & organized. However, all inquiries will be treated equally.
-Upstairs is carpet, so no cold & drinks upstairs except water
-I do not work a job, so the downstairs office can be used for work, but I sometimes need to go in the office for things.
-House is brand new & fully furnished. House is feet away from Highland Pines Golf Club & Restaurant, & the food is good & the price is reasonable. House is located in Sprign/Porter off . The house is also brand new, & the neighborhood currently has tennis & pickleball courts, & They’re in the process of constructing a gym, water park, & lazy river.

There’s an office downstairs & not being used by me. I didn’t include pics of the office, but it’s just as nice as the rest of the house. Dogs that don’t shed are okay as well if you pick up after them. For now, there is 2 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom. I’m currently unsure if both upstairs rooms will be filled or not, but for now you’ll have the whole upstairs to yourself with 2 bedrooms & a bathroom. I’d prefer a responsible roommate that keeps their space clean & organized. & We will have respect for each other’s privacy. Plastic plates & plastic silverware is also preferred so that there’s not dishes to clean most the time. If you need to use dishes that’s fine, as long as you’re able to clean them right after eating. If the trash can is full & needs to be taken out, please take it out & replace the trash bag, & that’d be a mutual responsibility as well. A reference contact that can vouch for you being organized, clean, & respectful is needed, & an in-person meeting.
