Welcome to the wonderful neighborhood of Brisbane! We are looking for a roommate to to help us split the rent for this wonderful condo. The condo is a bath, with a kitchen, dining room, and living room space. Roommate would be provided with their own bedroom and bathroom. We do have a washer and dryer we don’t mind sharing, along with a dish washer and other kitchen appliances. The bedrooms are across the condo from each other, ensuring your privacy. Our neighborhood is safe and welcoming to guests. The property encompasses a private pool/hot tub, a small walking area, and a play ground for kids. We also have neighborhood security that patrols in the night.

About us:
We are a young married couple and have 1 dog. We work during the week days and enjoy being social on the weekends when we can. We are looking for a polite and respect roommate to share our home with. We value communication, so don’t be afraid to ask us questions and have conversations. We are a fun/relaxed duo. All we ask is that you respect us and our home. The few rules we do have are just in regard to common curtesy’s and general house rules for safety and cleanliness.
