Roommate would be provided with their own bedroom and bathroom. We do have a washer and dryer we don’t mind sharing, along with a dish washer and other kitchen appliances. The bedrooms are across the condo from each other, ensuring your privacy. Our neighborhood is safe and welcoming to guests. The property encompasses a private pool/hot tub, a small walking area, and a play ground for kids. We also have neighborhood security that patrols in the night. About us:We are a young married couple and have 1 dog. We work during the week days and enjoy being social on the weekends when we can. We are looking for a polite and respect roommate to share our home with. We value communication, so don’t be afraid to ask us questions and have conversations. We are a fun/relaxed duo. All we ask is that you respect us and our home.
