Looking for someone to fill the last out of 4 rooms in a newly built townhome on the East Side (Vegas Valley & Sloan). Preferably female, but also open to everyone.
Shared bathroom.
Asking price is rent INCLUDING utilities; rent will be due on the 1st of each month.
We can discuss lease term options but I would prefer signing onto at least 6 months minimum, but I am looking for a preferably more long term tenant if possible.
There are free parking lots here and also a community park and pools as well.
Everyone in the house is pretty clean, quiet, & respectful of the space & I would expect you to be as well.

(p.s. we already have two small chihuahuas and one cat who are all pretty chill, so this is a pet friendly option as long as you feel your pet can get along with the other animals here).
