Looking for someone to fill the last out of 4 rooms in a newly built townhome on the East Side (Vegas Valley & Sloan). Preferably female, but also open to everyone.Shared bathroom.Asking price is rent INCLUDING utilities; rent will be due on the 1st of each month.We can discuss lease term options but I would prefer signing onto at least 6 months minimum, but I am looking for a preferably more long term tenant if possible. There are free parking lots here and also a community park and pools as well.
