Hello! Looking for someone (can be male or female) to sublease my apartment at their earliest convenience. I am moving out and need someone to take over my lease that goes through July of with option to renew.

Details: 

-Townhome is bath and rent is $/month. This is a fixed rate and includes all utilities. 

-Private bathroom attached to bedroom!

-Unit is furnished and comes with a bed, two dressers, and a desk. It does not include the TV or TV stand. 

-Roomy closet and biggest bedroom in the apartment.

-There is a common area and a shared kitchen in the unit with couches and a table. 

-Located at West in Allendale right near GVSU. It is a short walk from the north bus stops only a few stops away from the university. 


Current housemates are M, and M with two cute and friendly female cats. New tenants cannot have additional pets as only 2 are allowed per apartment. Looking for people who are friendly.
