This is a fixed rate and includes all utilities. -Private bathroom attached to bedroom!-Unit is furnished and comes with a bed, two dressers, and a desk. It does not include the TV or TV stand. -Roomy closet and biggest bedroom in the apartment.-There is a common area and a shared kitchen in the unit with couches and a table. -Located at West in Allendale right near GVSU. It is a short walk from the north bus stops only a few stops away from the university. Current housemates are M, and M with two cute and friendly female cats.
