Hi there, I'm looking for 2 roommates, for 2 separate rooms in my apartment.
one room is smaller, the other is
large. both have deep closets. shared bathroom, and common areas, we have a garage as well. Close to bus lines, the beach is a 5 minute drive or minute walk, Grocery Outlet & a laundromat are across the street. Parking could be negotiable (I included it in my rent cost since getting home late makes it harder to find parking)

Looking for respectful, clean roommates. I would prefer no drugs & smoking not in common areas.
