Hi there, I'm looking for 2 roommates, for 2 separate rooms in my apartment. one room is smaller, the other is large. both have deep closets. shared bathroom, and common areas, we have a garage as well. Close to bus lines, the beach is a 5 minute drive or minute walk, Grocery Outlet & a laundromat are across the street. Parking could be negotiable (I included it in my rent cost since getting home late makes it harder to find parking)Looking for respectful, clean roommates. I would prefer no drugs & smoking not in common areas.Prices include Spectrum internet, and Gas bill. Electric varies per month. Property Management company does require an application.
