LEASE TAKEOVER AUGUST

Hi everyone! I am a current grad student looking for someone to take over my partners lease. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he is no longer able to move up to Ann Arbor, so we need to transfer his lease. The lease is for a .5 bathroom apartment at University Trails. The lease would be specifically for one of the bedrooms with its own private bathroom, but the second bedroom is also unoccupied and looking for someone too! The apartment is fully furnished, in unit laundry, free parking space, and a shuttle service that takes students to and from North and Central Campus, as well as the grocery store on weekends! There is also a basketball court, volleyball court, pool and barbecue area, full gym, and a computer/internet lounge with a printer. Please let me know if you have any questions or are interested.
