Ideal fit is someone who:
- Is kind, mature, and financially stable
-Enjoys a relaxed, quiet, environment
-Has some life/work outside of the home
-Values personal time (few visitors & not a place to host clients)

About us:
Me- yrs, queer, works in the service industry so I'm home during the day but gone at night.
Jessie- yrs, queer, sober, works overnights in healthcare.
Sammie- yrs, full time student, introvert.

Shared bathroom with just 2 people.

No pets. There is currently one deaf cat living in the house, so unfortunately we can't add more animals at this time.

Single occupancy room (one person only).

Monthly cleaning service.

The location is very convenient, located in Parkrose Heights. Near the freeways, about a minute drive to downtown and only 7 minutes to the airport. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. In walking distance from vegan coffee shop Jet Black.

The room is roughly with a decent sized closet and one painted accent wall.

The backyard is adorable. Fully fenced in and private. There's a hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, and hammock. Also, area to garden if you're into that when the season comes.

Rent is $
Deposit is equal to rent.
