Hello! I’m AJ and I got a 2 bedroom apt that has an empty room. You’d have your own bath (but there’s only one shower), there’s a pool, gym, and honestly the area is pretty nice. I do have a cat who’s an only child so she has a hard time getting along with other animals, but is the best cat other than that. The guy who lived here previously was a pigsty so I still have to paint and get your room steam cleaned but I figured I’d wait until I actually found a half decent human to live with 😭 and so the base rent is $ something a month, then there’s the utilities which are seperate but unfortunately add up to be an extra like $ a month. My cat does have her own little fee so we would do the math to figure out how much you actually owe.
