Rooms for rent in Gig Harbor, WA, USA

Two ten by ten ft rooms available, move in date would be June second (must rent together, total for both is what is listed) with private bathroom. The house total is seventeen hundred sq ft. There is a large dog and 2 cats in the house and unfortunately we are maxed out per our landlord for pets so we are looking for someone (or a couple) without pets. The house is also quite private, tucked back behind a larger neighborhood. It comes equipped with a very spacious back deck and is partially / mostly furnished. One of the rooms may have a full size bed available to remain but unsure exactly (I would recommend being prepared for them to be unfurnished). LGBT friendly is an absolute must! We also like being about to share the space amicably if possible so someone with similar interests would be great! We both enjoy video games and board games, and I (Lucas) also love reading whereas Kaden likes to crochet in his free time. Smoking is only ok outside. We would prefer someone close to us in age just to make everyone comfortable, so between eighteen to thirty would be ideal. We are also fairly tidy so we would appreciate someone who is similar if possible to avoid any conflict or frustration. Hello! I’m AJ and I got a 2 bedroom apt that has an empty room. You’d have your own bathroom (but there’s only one shower), there’s a pool, gym, tennis court/basketball and honestly the area is pretty nice. I do have a cat who’s an only child so she has a hard time getting along with other animals, but is the best cat other than that. The guy who lived here previously was a pigsty so I still have to paint and get your room steam cleaned but I figured I’d wait until I actually found a half decent human to live with 😭 and so the base rent is $ something a month, then there’s the utilities and wifi which are seperate but unfortunately add up to be an extra like $ a month. My cat does have her own little fee so we would do the math to figure out how much you actually owe. But anyways! Your move in date would be sometime early next month, and the rent is paid for each month at the start, so I’d just ask for that. I’m a fairly clean individual (leave my stuff in the sink I kill you), I’m pretty quite, and honestly I don’t really have any friends in the area so you probably won’t have to worry about me bringing some bum over, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have friends! I’m not jealous
