Located in the June Park area of West Melbourne, the house is on acres, includes a large yard and large parking area, stocked fishing pond, private gym, game room, lanai, living room, study, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. Rent includes access to all of these amenities plus utilities. Furnishing for the room is optional and can be provided upon request.

The house has convenient access to both , which include all daily necessities for shopping, groceries, etc. It is about minutes from Downtown Melbourne and minutes from the beach.


About me:

I am a military Veteran of 9 years. I’m a very social person, regularly keeping in contact with and inviting roommates out, and I also host social gatherings at the house periodically. That being said, I also keep a clean house and maintain the yard to always have it presentable.

I welcome any roommates to rent at the house. The house rules are very basic: just replace anything broken, and clean up after oneself. Military, first responders, and college students will usually be given priority.
