Furnishing for the room is optional and can be provided upon request.The house has convenient access to both , which include all daily necessities for shopping, groceries, etc. It is about minutes from Downtown Melbourne and minutes from the beach.About me:I am a military Veteran of 9 years. I’m a very social person, regularly keeping in contact with and inviting roommates out, and I also host social gatherings at the house periodically. That being said, I also keep a clean house and maintain the yard to always have it presentable.I welcome any roommates to rent at the house. The house rules are very basic: just replace anything broken, and clean up after oneself. Military, first responders, and college students will usually be given priority.
