It's close to Beaverton Hillsdale Highway and Scholls Ferry intersection allowing for easy access to the , downtown and multiple bus lines. Not far from downtown Beaverton, Washington Square Mall, Gabriel Park, Multnomah Village and minutes to OHSU.

Rent is $ per month which includes water, trash, misc, wifi, Amazon Prime and bi-monthly cleaning service of shared spaces. Does not include half of electric which would run you $ per month depending on the season. Security deposit of $ is required. Lease is month to month, but I am looking for a long-term arrangement. The room is for one person only. Females preferred. In person meetings are required, will not agree to rent to someone over the phone/facetime.
