Hi, my name is Sandy. I am a retiree wanting to share with one other.. The house is in Balwyn North. The weekly rent is $ and the room is available immediately.
This house is comfortable with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 lounges. The bedroom is ft, furnished or unfurnished, with a fitted wardrobe. There is good sized garden with sunny and shaded areas. There are some areas of established planting, but here is scope for anyone who likes to potter, with a weatherproof shed for storage.
There is ample unrestricted on-street parking, while off-street parking is available for absences.
The house is convenient for the Eastern Freeway and the tram with ample unregulated parking in the street behind. The tram is minutes walk away.
I enjoy reading, listening to music, cards, board and role playing games, usually Pathfinder.
I am seeking an easygoing, non-smoking housemate who loves/likes or, at last, can tolerate the two resident cats.
