There are some areas of established planting, but here is scope for anyone who likes to potter, with a weatherproof shed for storage.There is ample unrestricted on-street parking, while off-street parking is available for absences.The house is convenient for the Eastern Freeway and the tram with ample unregulated parking in the street behind.
