Short walk to Musser Park and one mile walk to the center of town near Central Market, shops, coffee, and restaurants.Your space includes a freshly-painted bedroom and office suite (2 rooms) with large windows, is double-deep and fits 2 rows of clothing), designated kitchen cabinets and fridge space, and use of kitchen, living area, washer & dryer, patio. No pets, no smoking inside or outside.The home, bedroom, and office is fully furnished. (Bedroom furniture could be removed if needed. *Please note bedroom & office furniture is different from the photo - to be updated.) Bring your own dishes and kitchen supplies. There is no additional storage space available. All utilities are included (TV is not included). One month deposit required at lease signing to secure the room.
